Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MySolarCare platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About MySolarCare

MySolarCare is a service platform operated by MrEng Manpower Services, providing solar panel installation, cleaning, maintenance, electrical repair, appliance repair, home renovation, and related home services. We connect customers with verified and skilled service providers in their area.

3. User Registration & Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
  • One person cannot maintain more than one active account on the platform.
  • MySolarCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

4. Service Booking & Payments

  • Service bookings are subject to availability and provider acceptance.
  • Prices displayed on the platform are indicative and may vary based on the actual service requirements.
  • Payments can be made via Razorpay (online), Wallet balance, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. MySolarCare does not store your card or banking details.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable unless specified under our refund policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel a booking before the service provider has accepted it.
  • Once a provider has been assigned and accepted the booking, cancellation charges may apply.
  • Refunds for prepaid services are processed as per the cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking.
  • Refund amounts will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 5-7 business days.
  • In case of a dispute, MySolarCare's decision will be final after reviewing all evidence from both parties.

6. Service Provider Terms

  • Service providers must undergo verification before being listed on the platform.
  • Providers must maintain professional conduct and deliver services as described.
  • Providers are independent contractors, not employees of MySolarCare.
  • MySolarCare is not liable for any damage or loss caused by providers during service delivery.
  • Providers are responsible for their own taxes and statutory compliance.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate address and contact details are provided at the time of booking.
  • Be available at the scheduled time and location for the service.
  • Report any issues or disputes within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Do not misuse the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MySolarCare platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of MrEng Manpower Services and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

MySolarCare acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for:

  • Quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers.
  • Any physical damage, loss, or injury during service delivery.
  • Delays in service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Actions or omissions of service providers.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

MySolarCare reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
